What was the first Build with a single-digit Revison like the Beta2 5384.4 and what build was the first Build with five-figure Revision like the RTM (16384)?

thx for your answer. The 3883 can't be true. The Vista 52xx versions didn't have it. The first Build I know is 5308 which is availabe as 5308.17 and 5308.60.

Almost every single build in the 5xxx range wasn't .0 (or .16384)

You missed 5270.9, 5259.1, etc etc
5231.2

The 55xx, 56xx builds all seperated from the winmain branch to formed the rc1 branch had the 5 digit revision.
The 57xx builds that was recompiled for a major released had it, eg 5728.16387, 5744.16384, others like 5712.0, 5721.0, 5757.1 did not have the 5 digit revision.
The 58xx/59xx/60xx builds all had the 5 digit revision maybe because the all are recompiled builds seprated from the winmain branch.
The winmain branch was the server branch, 5757 being the last know winmain build. I don't think the winmain branch got far from that because all the server builds had 6001 as the build number with the 5 digit revision acting like the numbe number.
