Any before 4074, I think (4074 is very slightly over, so can apparently be overburned if you don't mind risking damaging your CD drive)

As Vista said, any build before 4074 (which can maybe be burned to a CD if you don't mind to risk overburning or have these 800MB CD-Rs) and 4083 should fit on a 700MB CD.

all builds except 4074(you can try to overburn), 4093(impossible to burn to cd) and 4033(c0d3rz release)

Do they even sell those in USA? Seriously, more music on a CD and more space would help me out a lot. And how much were they!?!

Isn't DVDs cheaper than 800MB CDs?

You can find 870MB/99mins CDRs here in a low price(not even more expensive than ordinary CDRs)
The only problem is to find a drive that supports burning over 90 mins.
MSI's drive supports 90/99mins CDRs pretty great...I can burn up to 98mins16secs without errors.

4093 is obviously too big to fit into 870MB CDRs however...Maybe someone could reduce some contents and make it smaller? :?

You can burn all Builds of longhorn from 3xxx right upto 4074.

With 4074, it is best to use a 700MB CDRW media to overburn with (I use a mix of CDRWs and those High-Quality Verbatim Vinyl CDRs), and set it to the slowest burn speed, I have done this more times then I care to remember.

I have had no problems with overburning Longhorn, except for the edition of burning with cheap CD-R media, no damaged drives, and no shattering media.

This was not the focus of this topic. The question was which unmodified Longhorn builds could fit on a CD.
