Post subject:  Windows 2000 build 2124 -- NTDETECT failed

Hello, I am experiencing the following problem:

I have all the files of the Windows 2000 Pro Build 2124 CD, but no boot sector. Therefore, I tried to use the boot sector of build 2128 and 2195 when making my Build 2124 ISO. This doesn't want to work, it seems. The PC or VM begins to boot from the CD, then immediately spits out a "NTDETECT failed" message. NTDETECT.COM is there on the CD. Booting from the 6 setup floppies works, but I'd lke my CD to be usable to set the OS up.

Can somebody confirm this is due to using the wrong boot sector and give me the original boot sector of build 2124? It's a 2KB file...

Read what I have posted. Booting from the setup floppies works, but I want the CD to be bootable. Besides, setup.exe is a Win32 app.

Again... This does work, but I want to have a bootable CD. So, please, can somebody give me the bootsector of build 2124?
