1. Launch Registry Editor.
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList in the Registry Editor.
3. Double-click the Administrator key in the right pane.
4. If the Administrator key doesn’t exist, right-click on the above tree in the pane, choose New, DWORD Value, name it Administrator and press .
5. Type 1 in the “Value data” box, and press .

Sorta offtopic and ontopic at the same time but:

Thanks Day2Die for that post. For some reason the Administrator account in my computer was disabled, this enabled it again so I can access it if needed. But is there a way to make it so that the Administrator account only shows in Safe mode instead of booting normally?

If you boot with the safe mode the login screen dont appear. And you can login by using the standart login from win 2k.
When Neptune starts the fist time, your logget in as the administrator. And in the controll pannel there are 2 options to manag the user accounts. 1 ist from win2k and there i enabled the option that evry user has to press CTRL-ALT-DEL to login.
I think thats why in safe mode the login is the same as in win 2k
