in which parameter do i have to start the msoobe.exe to get this -->

i know that it might breaks the system, but whatever, i want to try anyways :P

This post has a concise guide on how to force msoobe to show the "Welcome to Windows" screen.

Alternatively, you could accomplish what you are aiming to do by using Sysprep.
I do not believe there are any other alternatives, and a google combination search for msoobe parameters/switches turns up nothing but /a.

well, its a beginning :P, thanks for it first, but the best way would really be sysprep, but doesnt it delete all settings and restores it? im not sure now :S
