I had an old fujitsu lifebook S series laptop from 2003 laying in my wardrobe unloved so I though it would be a bit of fun to pop some whistler builds on it, so I went onto the FTP and downloaded DotNet Server 3531 and it installed fine, When I started using it, I found it was lighting fast (20sec to the login screen) on a 1.2Ghz Pentium III with 512Mb of ram, and it runs all my apps, even a graphics driver for XP, and i thought couldn't XP be like that :P

I use that lappy nearly everyday to surf the web in bed cause it's so light, anyone else here share my true love for Whistler Server 3531 :P

:? That is really odd about stability considering you are using a beta Windows version.

It's just the server version of a late RC build for XP really.

Is that why Builds 3683, 3706 and 3718 of Longhorn are suprisingly stable if you disable WinFS?
