if you look down there (and those things were not faked) youll see: windows 2000 had more 3d effects in planning as longhorn 8)

or here: "trident 3d" (codename "chrome")

this is from 97/98/99 or even earlier, the chrome we know is much newer...

Well, back in 1999 these effect are incredible.

I think they had never been released to public, maybe they are just concept pictures.

i had these effects on windows 2000, windows xp and windows 9x. it really works and it's not a fake
