Why doesn't the commands of the "CMDLINES.TXT" file inside the $OEM$ folder work
I start an Unattend installation by inserting the WINNT.SIF file
The installation works and skips several steps ... but at the end of the installation when the "CMDLINES.TXT" file should start nothing happens!
In the various online documents it says that it should work ...

I haven't done unattended installs of NT 4.0 before but I'm interested in trying. I did a bit of reading, and one dumb question is: are you sure you formatted it correctly? It looks like the format is weird - from the Resource Kit:
Enter the entire command line, in double quotation marks. The following is an example of a Cmdlines.txt file with a single command:

"Rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection sectionname 128 ..\newtool.inf"

I managed...
I forgot to insert [commands] inside the "CMDLINES.TXT" file before the script
now it works perfectly ... in this way I can install SP6 and SRP automatically
