A Polish computer magazine reviewed SP3 for XP briefly, they said that they've got a hold of the RTM version of the Service Pack. They published an About Windows screenshot and it says "Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp.080306-1604 : Service Pack 3)"
Was this known before or is it something new?

I can also translate the review for you, if you want.

080306-1604 is the build hour/date of build 5503
Many sites will notify that the 5503 would be the possible RTM

And already has the build 5508 (5.1.2600.5508 (xpsp.080320-1628))
