I was able to to completely remove Tech Support beloved tool "syskey" by deleting it's executable from system32 and dllcache and of course Windows File Protection popped up

Translation of the first sentence "Windows cannot find "syskey"(pretty obvious)
Beware Tech Support scammers! *hehe*

They probably know that Windows 10 and Server 2016 removed syskey but being Unavailable on NT 5.x would shock them ^^
