Tampermonkey allows you to add scripts to pages that do not belong to Chrome and Firefox. But is there or is there something similar but for IE6?

Yes, it's called Chrome or Firefox.

Why would you use IE6 in 2001 + 17?

For fun I guess. Trixie let's you run userscripts in IE6, but it's kind of limited and incompatible with some of the scripts designed for -monkey. Like IE itself, development of Trixie stopped a long time ago.
If you're planning on doing anything important, I'd also reccomend using an actively supported modern browser.
