Rather than having to find out for each build, something to try is checking for the most recently changed file (within a sensible range, if it was edited yesterday, choose another) then add a few days on to that date. If that doesn't work, add more days until it works.

Same principle applies though, find a file with the newest date on it, set date a few days after that was last modified.

I don't know of any, but according to a checklist I just found there was a fake 2309.

Do we know for sure there are no 23xx builds? All we know is that none of them has leaked. Or am I wrong? Maybe MS has really compiled no 23xx builds for some reason and went straight to 24xx. Jumps in build numbers are nothing too uncommon.
