I wanna install Windows NT Workstation customized, but there is no Option fo r it. When I install NT Server or NT Server, Enterprise, there is a possibility to add oder remove windows nt components, but not in workstation, does someone know, where this option is?

Try this: Copy i386/ocmanage.dl_ from one of your Server CDs to the Workstation install folder, overwriting the file with the Server one. Maybe this will help.
