In other words, XP or Vista. A Google search revealed that at least the wintab32.dll is part of some Tablet drivers, maybe this will be of help. Knowing this, what do you need these files for, actually?

i googled already, but found nothing...

ive got a LT 9310:

ive installed all drivers, but it wont work, vista overwrites the driver with serial mouse driver, but that dont work without wintab...

services.msc says "ERROR:2 SYSTEM CANNOT FIND FILE" if i try to start it...

I don't have the XP ones, because i've only got XP MCE2005. I've got the Vista ones because I've got Vista Ultimate. Do you still want the Vista ones

If you have XP MCE2005 then you also have Tablet PC.
CD2 of MCE contains both MCE & Tablet components.
What determines whether the installation is either of the two
is the key used during the installation of the operating system.

Check CD 2, it contains a CMPNENTS folder, in that folder is
3 more folders, MEDIACTR, NETFX and TABLETPC.

The readme.txt on CD1 reads
Quote:
This CD is intended for users installing either the Windows XP
Tablet PC Edition or the Windows XP Media Center Edition.

I'll install my copy of XP Tablet PC 2005 and check whether the files you're looking for are there...

UPDATE: I didn't find any files containing "wintab" in their name on my Tablet PC 2005 install, neither with .dll nor with any other extension... :?

Have you looked at the package Aztech linked to?

And did I understand correctly: You already looked for the files on a TabletPC install (not the MCE2005 CD2)? If, you could have said that.
