Hello. Have a problem with installing Chicago 73g - it's saying "KERNEL: Inadequate DPMI Server". Tried installing from bootdisk, from MS-DOS 5, from MS-DOS 6.22 - nothing. I'm using VMware Player. Here's my VM config:
64 MB of RAM 1 processor 512 MB IDE hard disk IDE CD-ROM Floppy drive Auto detect display

Yes, I'll share the fix. First, install Chicago 73g like featured at TCB. Second - set the VM's RAM at 12, 16 or 32 MB. Then, delete every device that boot doesn't need from the VM. Boot the VM. If it boots, shutdown the VM and add one of the devices. Reboot the VM to see if it's still booting. Do such thing with every device. I suggest you completely delete the network adapter because it's the most Chicago-hated device. In my case, I did the same procedure as with every other device, but switched the connection type to Bridged (Automatic). I hope it works, because I already installed a bunch of Chicago/95 builds and I don't remember early builds completely because they were the first to install (I think it was the third build of Chicago/95 to install, now I have more then 20)
