Just wondering why drive space can't compress FAT32 drives?

I think drivespace was desinged for FAT16.

Becuase they're different.(FAT32/16)
Plus drivespace is so old, it was probably made before they even had FAT32.

It was introduced with MS-DOS 6.0 (under the name DoubleSpace; 1993). FAT32 was introduced with Windows 95 OSR-2 (1996).
