Hey all!!
As you all know I love Windows 1.00
I have a Dual Boot, with Windows 1.00 and Windows XP! LOL
I'm using a computer with an AMD K6, (300 mhz) so, I use a little program called Mo'slo to reduce the processor speed on Windows 1.00 to a 7% (20 mhz more less). This way Windows 1.00 runs at a speed that is closer to the original one.
When I started using Mo'slo the Windows boot screen would turn black rather than blue.
Yesterday I realized that by editing "config.sys" and adding himem.sys the problem is corrected. Why can this be?

Please don't use the 1.00 moniker when referring to 1.01 as it can lead to confusion in this unstable forum which is BetaArchive.

Version 1.00 is real, and leaked. I'm not refering to 1.01
Edit:

Not quite readable.
It's called Windows Premiere Edition

It was finally leaked the other day. Please thoroughly read the forum. There are several topics speaking about it.

How do we know that this is the real one then? It looks like that faked one that was released a while ago to me, that said "Premiere Edition" on it :S (not to say that this is a fake or anything, just curious how we can be sure unless we have genuine disks and preferably the full packaging)

It was released as a Rapidshare link, however, the people who really released it were Hiroshi Nakamura who had this version in his collection, and OBrasilo, who was originally going to provide this version.
