Oh. BTW I have also tried your pre-made Shorthorn 5219 x64 ISO. It's amazing, but the logonui is still XP's logonui and sometimes explorer.exe would have a couple glitches. I will give you some resources for the future interface packs if you want me to. ;)

But the one thing I wish for is a Shorthorn 5270 ISO (both x86 and x64) as I can't seem to get the UI packs to work.

I stopped for now make Interface package because mantain compatibiity is more important for now. And, when One-Core-API are ready, shell of Vista naturally work on xp/2003. Maybe windows 7 shell too.

Hello every body. I will explain somethings what is ocorrouing.
Well, all people know what my work with Shorthorn is very hard. Windows is a closed system, is not good for debug and discovery why some things are broken is hard. My propourse for Shorthorn is very big, envolving several areas of the system. Windows XP lost support on 2014, and application by application are losting support for it. And not only software, but hardware too. So, year by year i'm flight against it and issues are growing. Before, shorthorn project was only port of interfaces and others applications of Vista or above. Now, is a big project. During the shorthorn research and development, i had several personal problem, by last my father has some heath problems. So, i keep working on it, however, it is take a long time to finish. Maybe Shorthorn on future can be others goals, like be a truely OS based on reactos. I will turn one-core-api compatible with reactos and make my own fork of reactos, targeting support of 6.x ecosystem. Big things are comming!

That sounds amazing! I see it (IMO) like this: ReactOS == XP/Server (NT 5.x), Shorthorn == Vista (NT 6.x). But the good news here is that once you reach the Vista/7 compatibility layer, there'll be only left NT 6.2/6.3 and 10.0, which are almost all the same, so that would mean compatibility with current Windows versions. That is just amazing man!

Samuka, I don't know if you still support the older shorthorn builds, but dragging and dropping as well as copying and pasting is broken on your 4033.

I did notice it was much more "4033" ish than your older 2012 version.

Samuka, your website went down. It redirects to another page, which is probably the site you are hosting it on.

Hey guys, i solved the problem of ACPI of XP with skylake computers. It file is from Longhorn 5048, so, these build can run on Skylake or abose too. And, i think can patch any Longhorn and Vista Build pre 5365

EDIT: x64 version:

Great work! Can't wait to see more progress on One-Core-API and your own fork of ReactOS.

I've tried the OCAPI on my XP laptop, and when I tried to install Discord it said that it had issues copying something.
Are you able to fix this?

Hey Samuka, perhaps it would be a better idea to test Shorthorn on a real PC than a virtual machine? I don't think the VMWare drivers are going to handle DirectX games all that well.
