On the Apple Lisa computer, if you wanted to stop the computer from turning off, you would press "Command - . (period)"

Because of this, there was a joke that went around Apple...

"When Lisa had her period, everything stopped."

lol. That's actually kind of funny, but sick in a way...wasn't Lisa the name of Steve's daughter? :?

Then perhaps theres a hint of truth in it and it was actually an inside joke about his daughter, but no one let him in on it.

Ah, the Lovely Lady Lisa. too bad that if you want to add one to your antique computer collection (even the more common model twos) you have to jump through hoops.
