Around 15 minutes ago I got a package from China with a weird sender:

Code:
Bei jing dian qu zhong guan cun
dong lu yi hao yuan qi di ke ji da sha 21 ceng
58968888 hu ping
100080

I wasn't sure what in the inside of the package would be, because I did not buy anthing else than memory from the UK one week ago. Then I remembered my Xbox controller which was also shipped from China although I bought it on eBay from a guy which lives in California, so I thought it would be the RAM I am waiting for and openend the package.

Guess what was inside the package...

Yeah, right, I got this awful baseball cap.

Now read that mail:

Hi Daniel,

We are very glad to tell you that you are rewarded for your good performance in the Open XML SDK V2 CTP2 Survey in the Open XML SDK Connect Site: https://connect.microsoft.com/Survey/Su ... SiteID=589.

The gift will be delivered to you soon, please send email to osdkcust@microsoft.com with sufficient information to receive the gift, such as your full name, your body size, available address, post code, etc.

There are further questions for you. If you could spare some extra time on them, it will be extremely appreciated.

1. Why are you neutral in recommending SDK to others? Are there some specific reasons as it fits your solution’s requirements?

2. It seems that overall you are satisfied with the current help documentation. Do you have specific pain points in your learning process?

3. What metadata do you need to deal with? And how?

4. What are the other file formats you need to deal with? Why do you need them (the purpose of converting file format)?

5. Who are the end users of your solution? Which industry are they in (financial, public, sales…)? And how many in your estimation?

6. Are you building sort of content reuse system? Could you describe the whole workflow in your scenario in details?

7. Are you using Silvelight technology to present the final documents online? Is there any other purpose for the final documents (send/email, print…)?

8. What other technologies specifically you want SDK to improve the interoperability?

Thanks,

Open XML SDK feature team

Usually I don't complain about presents, but that cap...? C'mon Microsoft you could have come up with something better :P

Dude, that's such a deliciously cheesy hat. I kind of want one.
