PSU: Antec Basiq 350W

Hardware:
Mobo: Intel D945GCLF2
CPU: Intel Atom 330 "Diamondville"
GPU: Integrated Intel GMA 950
1x PS/2 Mouse and Keyboard
Old Parallel-port based Webcam (Needed for AT to PS/2 connector conversion)
Sony DVD Drive
Hitachi Deskstar 500GB SATA

Will the PSU be good enough and how is the quality of the Basiq series?

Easily. Antec is a decent brand, regardless of the "series". My server uses an Antec 350w PSU and it runs great.

Antec apparerntly have been using lower quality parts over the last year or so people claim but those people are probably over loading their pc's.

Yeah, Antec is a great brand. 350watts is probably overkill for an Atom anyway.

That's huge overkill for that board but it should work.

Yeah even if that was a lower end PSU, it will power that system just fine. If I remember correctly atom boards draw around 60 watts, but don't quote me on that. :P

60 watts? Are you kidding me?! My Pentium Dual Core uses that much! Atoms are 5 watt processors, max. The motherboard will be about 20 watts maximum. In the case of my Netbook the entire machine averages 9 watts, including screen.

TDP for 330 is 8 Watts. It also uses the full 945GC chipset.

Also, looks like my Packard Bell case won't work. The backplate won't fit. Time to get a Cooler Master Elite 340.

Unless the hole for the backplate is a very different size, sometimes you just have to hammer on them a bit to get them in there. I don't mean literally with a hammer, but just pount it in with your hand...or a rubber mallet if you have one.

It's basically 3mm shorter and the case doesn't have a chassis fan.

The original Atoms were "terrible" in regards to power usage - the processors themselves were like 3-4W but the motherboards/chipsets were 22W
