I have a Netgear WG511V2 PCMCIA Wireless card for my Compaq Armada m700 laptop, and it will not work in Puppy Linux. I have google everywhere for help, and I discovered that NDISWRAPPER will work with it... but the drivers off netgear's site won't extract with 7zip or any other sort of application (But when I run it in windows, it says something about Unpacking an MSI.)
I did google and find out that the V2 cards made in Taiwan are Prism cards, but the PCMCIA driver for Prism cards doesn't work.
Any ideas?

It maybe that the driver archive has features incompatible with the Windows file system. If you can not use a jump drive to move the file, most Linux builds have NTFS read capabilities installed by default.

Give me the driver off netgear's site, I'll extract it for you.

Sorry... should have updated this sooner, Someone in the puppy linux IRC had the drivers needed, so I got that fixed...
Now I just need to get it to connect properly instead of having to disable the ethernet connection every time...
