How to fix a stuck pixel.

Besides that, there's always returning it, pay the restocking fee (depending on where you bought it) and get another one.

You can't return a screen with only 1 or 3 dead pixels. There are manufacturing guarantees up to so much, not a 100% guarantee. It's something like:

15" = 3px
17" = 5px
19" = 8px
21" = 12px
24" = 15px

that are allowed to be bad before its considered return-worthy. Some places will allow it with fewer but very rare. Also, if they are all in a small clump rather than spread out all over the screen they are more likely to accept it with less.

Take a slege hammer and hit the screen where the pixel is located, pixel fixed. However the rest of the screen is dead BUT the pixel is fixed!

Now serieusly, just softly tick the stuck pixel or get a video somewhere that flashes colors realy fast, most of the time this does work.

From personal experience the flashing colours can work if left long enough, and so can ticking or rubbing the pixel.

You won't be able to take it back because of 1 dead pixel, they won't exchange it. There has to be a certain number of dead pixels for each size screen before they will even consider it. If there is a large number in a group on the screen and in a very visible place (like right in the middle), then they will be more lenient with that rule.

What you need to do is alter all content you intend to display on the screen to accomodate the stuck pixel :)
