I go to my case of pepsi that I happened to have had sitting on my Mac Classic... and... I grab a can... go to open it... and find that it is a whole of a lot larger than it should be... I look at the can... and sure enough... the top was buldged out...
I take a 2nd can out... and same thing...
I try for a third can... and luck had run out... only 2 cans had become deformed... I still find this funny

No silly, Pepsi announced that they were releasing the new 13.5oz cans "under the radar" so to speak.

J/K.

I just saw a pepsi advert on TV in the UK and the cans were a promo to possibly win £1million in a pepsi competition. So I hope you've still got the cans :P

Yeah, there's no way the lid would do that before it blew off, especially without deforming.

lol, I know it just depends on what area you live, but every time I hear someone refer to soda referred to as "pop", I can't help but laugh.

I always thought "pop" meant champagne/wine...

Bettie: You know what we should do tonight Dave?
Dave: No Bettie, what should we do tonight?
Bettie: We should pick up a few bottles of pop, get [censored] faced and throw eggs at cars till we get arrested.
Dave: That sounds like fun.

Around here we use pop and soda interchangeably, but we use soda more often (and usually just say the name).

People who refer to all soda as "Coke" (whether it's pepsi, root bear, sierra mist) crack me up.

My friend has a Mountain Dew that was bottled into a clear plastic bottle instead of the green ones.

Call Pepsi and tell 'em what happened. Probably send you a coupon for a new case.
