You can clearly see it's an early enginering sample, the VRM's are in slots and the power connectors are on a 'pasted on' board.
Also there are buttons on the board itself to power it up and reset it.
I modded an AM2 stock cooler on it to test it, now i only need to get a second cpu for some real power :P.
Had to cut in the case to made it fit, but as you can see, it fits now :D

Oh yeah, i'm getting a new HDD and PSU for this thing tommorow, so i'll install an OS and show some more info if possible.

That's a nice dual socket board. What's the max memory it'll hold? I assume at least 8GB, right?

Yes 8GB will hold perfectly, i'll do some research on the chipset because that mostly tells how many GB the board supports.

Not really, i only connected the monitor and power, almost every pc says that when you power it up without a keyboard (when checking for keyboard at post is enabled in the bios ofcourse).

I know, but your pc will also say that probably when your keyboard is not connected, and people have been joking about this since computers existed i believe, but almost every pc still displays it.

Update: well here's a screenshot of cpuz
