40hrs is a bit much. Maybe not so long, Mine completed Defragmenting fully after 26hrs, and that wasn't that much less fragments. It was also on a machine with quite a lower spec I believe.

Plus with that little free space, it might not completely defragment.

Unless you have some gigantic files (20gb) im syaing with 100gb free it will defragment completely (you have to run it a few times after it finishes for the near perfect defrag though).

I wish my drive was big enough for 16% to be 100gb... :/
