Are you trying to do a full format, or quick format?
What file system are you trying to use?

Hey!
Easeus partition manager has been able to format my almost unformattable Flashes. It's free, and an amazing tool.
:)

How about Fat32Format? It formats a 45.5GB Low Quality Hard disk in 3 minutes for me.
