Who else here watches Mythbusters? I think it's an amazing show! It's like Brainiac only with a bigger budget.

It's like brainiac but actual science. ;)

I'm a huge fan, doing experiments to find out what happens is the cornerstone of science, without verification theories are useless.

I love mythbusters too. To bad here in NZ they always get the episodes late on our discovery. I haven't seen to many episodes though as I never really sit down to watch much TV but lately I have and I think that the experiments they do are worthwhile which makes it worth watching.

I also really like it.

But is it allowed to post things like this or not?

...you're joking, right? It's probably one of the few smart topics around.

Mythbusters is an awesome program. Just watched the episode recently where they recreated that Korean war machine that could launch 200 arrows at once. Spectacular.

They have some episodes on this:

http://www.graboid.com/

Go fetch it, you still get 4GB a month with a free account and the downloads are extremely fast

I think we all were.

PS - how are you supposed to download anything over in NZ with even smaller limits than Australia?

i still manage. just can't download everything. With my isp i get 20gb a month at about 2-3MB but once i get to 20gb they cap me, but luckliy it might take all day to do that so i can squeeze another 10gb in. Also they uncap me a day earlier than they are supposed to, so i can get another 10gb :D:D.

btw im with Xtra

I'm on Xtra 10GB with the new ADSL2 + modem which has been enabled at my exchange but because im borderline 2 kilometers away from the exchange all it did was stop the cheap and nasty dlink filters slowing me down and maybe add a tiny bit of speed. At least Telecom isn't as bad as Telstra is in Aussie apparently as Telstra Clear over here is alot better over here from what i've heard with there cable. That reminds me I wonder whats left on my cap. If its low then I probably will try a big download as the cap thing takes 2 hours to cap minimum. Some days when I go over the limit on the day before the next plan or the day before that day it doesn't cap it at all.
Edit: Kilometers not meters

If you were referring to whether it [as in Mythbusters] is allowed to post things like this then not unless it creates an account first.

I've watched a couple of episodes via YouTube, very cool.

To anyone who lives in Australia, Mythbusters is (usually) on at 7:30PM every Saturday, on SBS.
