i found a cool program called umouse while browsing the web last night, problem is the creator lost the files for version 1.1 and said he would put the link back up in a few weeks... months later its not there and im lured in by this program.

if anyone has a link or knows a program similar to umouse(allowed mouse control by finger movemnt through a webcam) that is free please tell me of it :P

that's how i found umouse... anyways most webcam mouse applications use the head for some reason which doesn't work well for using the hand which is what i'm trying to find. umouse was the only free one that wasn't a demo (demo of one wont allow mouse click making it truly pointless)

Well, I've actually tried about 10 of such programs, and none is useful...
They all have their own flaws, and finally render unusable.
:)
