i did a search of the forum and found that no one ever posted about oe cake in a beta forum (that should be a sin!) so im here to give you all 30 minutes of non boredom :P

download from here (STAY IN JAPANESE; you get the newer version but the program is still in English...) http://www.octaveengine.com/casual/oecake/ then scroll until you see a box that says email (you can type dontmakeussubscribe@whatever.com if you don't want them to spam) and go for the download. after that im pretty sure everyone can figure it out so i hope you have fun! im addicted to it.

forgot to tell you you can mix elements with esc and the corresponding letters and if you drag a picture in to the frame (say one off the desktop) the picture will be made of the element!

andy: it is only for those who like simulation games obviously :p

eidt: the 3d version of this is for consoles and provides real time fluid dynamics for games and its obviously 20x better.

I wouldn't set much store by how it runs.

It ran great on my EeePC, but was pretty slow and laggy on my Desktop, which has an x1650 Pro.

actually the 3d version on the playstation had no lag, if you go to the japanese homepage its the one not called casual (cant remember the name) and they have a video of some fighting game that takes place in a field of water and the water physics are amazing but it runs really smoothly.
