NeXTstep 4.0 Beta

This tool is very light weight and does not disrupt normal computer usage. What makes this tool special is that it calls a Windows API that effectuvely reduces memory usage of many processes. For instance, my Firefox 3 memory footprint went down from 80 MB to roughly 8 MB. No lie.

What? That makes no sense.

My guess is that this utility clears out stuff that's in the working set of an application, which works for a short period of time, if the program that you're applying the optimization to is inactive.
