I wrote in and had published an article on how to setup apt-p2p to upgrade from Hardy Heron to Intrepid Ibex using bittorrent to relieve strain on the Ubuntu Servers (and hopefully make it a little faster as well).

So what do you think? Many ubuntu users in here?

I'd like to report three months later that it still works great. I managed to get a lot of people to switch over and I can maintain good speeds (not as fast as direct from server, but still good). Can't wait for them to do a little more development and get it polished up (maybe integrated directly into Debian as an option).
