Is having horrible graphical glitches, it is freezing up, taking too long to render anything, and the screen goes black and then comes back then repeats.

Specs:
2.8GHz Intel Celeron D 335
512 MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce FX5200 (Drivers updated)

Can i have some help, please?

Do you have Vista installed? If you do, do you have a WDDM driver from NVIDIA installed, or did you just decide to use your old XP driver?

Sounds like a potential overheating problem, especialy if the gfx card is passively cooled. Open case, and see if its caked in crap. Check if the fan is working if its actively cooled. If its clean and the fan is spinning and the rest of the components are reletively clean also (inc. HSF and PSU fans), then the gfx car may be on the way out.
