This is a real report about how some Jiffy Lube stations have scammed people in L.A. It's really exciting to watch. 8)

Not really, these scams happened way before the whole economy crisis occurred.

Though in the long run it was corperate greed that probably accounted for what the companies affected did to need bailing out.

What do the bailouts have to do with Jiffy Lube scamming people?

Yeah, this makes me glad that I've been spending the time to change my own oil and replace parts on my own when they break or wear out. The only time my cars been somewhere to be worked on is when I buy new tires. The last time I did that they didn't set the torque correctly and the caps broke off of the lug nuts they were so tight; I had to chisel them off to change my breaks. Tires Plus did that to me.
