preferably in Australia,

DDR is... expensive :/

Cost me $39 from MSY (cheapest price I could find) for 1GB.

PS, MSY owns :P

I would say try your local Freecycle service. But sometimes items are hard to come buy, its usually a hit or a miss with them but getting 5 laptops in a day isn't bad, I don't even know whats on the other 3 but none the less post a want ad in regards to DDR Ram and someone may have some spare but they might give ya SD RAM.
