I have a original vista retail DVD with all the versons of vista in it
when i try to intergrate sp1 it give me a message that the iso has become too large
i want to remove the other versions of vista because i am only using vista ultimate x64
how can i remove the other versons of vista from the DVD

Make sure you have the latest version of vLite (1.2 RC), which was released on the fourth of this month. Also, the people over at the vLite forums might be able to help you: http://www.msfn.org/board/vLite-f153.html

Been a while since I used vlite, but since you start by selecting your version of Vista, then applying the SP/hotfixes/drivers, etc... I believe when you get to the point where you're ready to burn the iso, you have to hit Apply, and it will strip all other versions out and build your version's iso.

Pretty sure that's how it works, but like QuiescentWonder mentioned, it's probably best to check the vlite forum.
