When I plug and un-plug it for 10 seconds, this glitch are appeared can it's says:

If you format the drive, does it happen again every time you unplug it? Or are you trying to avoid having to format the drive?

Have you tried to run Chkdsk? If your external HDD has a drive letter you can try to run chkdsk. Just open a run dialog box and type "chkdsk n:" without quotes and replace the "n" with the letter of your external HDD.

If you want to recover the data on the drive you might try GetDataBack, EasyRecovery Professional, or Zero Assumption Recovery.
