Shame there are a few technical reason that may prove its false...

The AIM-9 sidewinder (short-range, air-to-air, heat seeking), is designed for short range air to air attacks against other aircraft.

Jamming radar does not mean that the unit is disabled, it just forces it to give inaccurate results or highly fluctuating results (or no results).

Also, the Police Radar Gun, have a very short range (commonly around a mile) and a relatively narrow cone. So it would be quite hard to catch a aircraft and car in one go.

You had to spoil it didn't you...

He didn't, it was a general question to ask if a racing car could do that sort of speed as well as a jet fighter...
