Aw man :(
He was one of the few that was willing to develop patches for old OS's, and continue supporting them for over 10 years. That's a real loss to the community for preserving old tech.
Need disks scanned in the USA? I have a Kryoflux, and am willing to help get your disks archived! I also offer xbox and xbox 360 repair and modding services. PM me for details!

Windows 7's end support is on January 14, 2020! It's time upgrade to Windows 10! Windows 8.1 also is supported but not Windows 8!

Wasn't he the one who did the Win9x RAM patch or something like that?
I upload stuff to archive.org from time to time. See here for everything that doesn't fit BA

Yeah, he was. He also made dozens of other patches for Windows 9x and DOS as well. This was his website shortly before it was taken down:

This is also R. Loew's very last post on the forums here, on one of my threads:

I can't say I've fully heard of Rudolph Rloew, but according to some of the things I've seen from him, he did seem like a pretty interesting figure.

So make that R.I.P :(

His family has allowed users to share anything they bought from him in the past.
Additionally his son is gathering all he can from HDDs, including source code, and is publishing all in this site:
