OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer. It says Not for Resale because you can't sell OEM Software seperately from the product it was distributed with. If this the "Not for Resale" label applies to the Retail version only, I apoligize, but otherwise, I don't get the joke.

The OEM version usually say "for distribution with a new PC only" on them, while "not for resale" appears on discs that are sent out for "fulfilment" purposes rather than with a licensed product eg to volume licensing customers
