I don't know what goes in configuration for starting networking in MS-DOS. It asks for bus number, interruption, and I/O port, but where do I get these

You usually don't need the bus (slot?) number and I/O port unless you have more than one network adapter or some non-standard configuration. Use 0x60 for the interrupt (from the spec: http://crynwr.com/packet_driver.html).
