Not sure if www.ebuyer.com still do PCI cards... Give them a go.

Checked right now, eBuyer only has six PCI GFXs (NVIDIA + ATI). (Edited 26/Nov/2009)

You might find it hard to get them brand new since PCI is pretty outdated for graphics cards now. Your best bet would be to look on eBay for them if you're after something specific. Otherwise, choose from the small selection on eBuyer.

Dabs still sell them too:

This Geforce FX5200 is a Direct x9 card and will be able to use Aero in Vista. (About £35)
