I got bored waiting but of what I saw its a nice wide angle shot. If you upload is good enough and the file is less than 10MB you could upload an image that big ;)

Firefox stopped responding on my poor 256MR/512MP :(
Task manager took ~1 minute to open. Firefox was consuming 27M of real memory, and virtual memory was 715M/920M.

256MR = 256 MB RAM
512MP = 512 MB pagefile

And here I thought K-meleon was more efficent, it is using 264mb of RAM, my pagefile disabled but still... Once I decided what I saw was not worth the bandwidth, I closed the tab, K-meleon went down to 25mb...

IE was a bit more efficient.
While the first piece was loading, Firefox caused a resource hog.
Also, there was other resource hog in the system (SNMP Grapher updating every 1sec, now fixed).
Now, IE loaded a bit of pieces, with no memory leak or resource hog.

EDIT: More tests with standalone IEs!
IE 3:
Red X.
