That's a Sears.com terminal in-store. It's locked down to prevent this. (It's set up to go to Sears via a custom browser.)

I got to another website via the Product Recalls link and then to an email address which launched Outlook, and from there, an un-crippled IE :P

Thus, I pointed it to "pwn."

Also note the screen burn-in of "Sears.com."

Hell, I've seen some RDP sessions in the store on public terminals, too >_>

You can also start an un-crippled IE by shiftclicking a link. (Edited 26/Nov/2009)
About the question: unsecure... My friend hacked a public service ATM by shiftclicking and set his blog as home page. (Edited 26/Nov/2009)
