I was just wondering something.

Won't it slow down or lock??
Thanks alot.

1Gbps connection might be enough. Not everyone will be downloading

I'm pretty sure like the release per week OSBA had, BA would have a couple of mirrors of the downloads like SillyProject 1+2, BA FTP and probably some home FTP's.

Yes it will be mirrored on all 3 servers. Home servers will be pointless for the main release unless they're very fast. Remember people want these as fast as possible.

The idea of it being a release inside BA is that people have to come to BA to get them. That way more people sign up on BA, and we get more discussion, more people leaking their releases and so on... Torrents would leak it to the general public where bandwidth whores would come, get the torrent then leave and never seed. THAT is why I will never ever say yes to torrents. 90% of people never seed, and seeding is one of the points of torrenting.
