It's a wonder the fuse hasn't blown, but they're insulated so even if it touched the water it would just short out through the ground wire, not through a foot of water and a plastic pool (+ three guys). While they may get a small shock, I doubt that would kill them unless they were standing next to it. They are still stupid though.

The real question is why they don't have any sandwiches with it, very suspicious.
