i made a video of quake 2 running on reactos, the game ran at a good pace, the video doesnt show the true speed of the game. http://youtube.com/watch?v=YYNl6Ljiyhs

Fat chance.

Anyway, Q2 ran on earlier ReactOS versions too, so it's not a too new feature (at least for me.)

No, not hardware accelerated.
OpenGL uses mesa32 library for its rendering.

It is rumored that installing custom graphic drivers (like nVidia ones) will let OpenGL to be accelerated, but I couldn't check myself
