The Hillel demo, which was actually a mix of the 4050.lab06 build and some director demos (the thing with the animated thing at the startmenu) are both NOT leaked.

There were two Hillel demos at PDC 2003. First, during Bill Gates keynote (day 1) - it was real build 4044 with Aero Glass. Another demo (day 3), "AERO: the new Windows "Longhorn" User Experience" or "Getting users to fall in love with your software" - all demo was made in Macromedia Director.
You should understand, it was only a concept, there were no real builds with UX like in those director`s demos.
