I keep getting errors in the event log about my 200GB storage disk on the server (the one this site is hosted on). Could it mean its on its way out?

It keeps saying its a "controller error", which is the most common error and occurs up to 15 times in a row or "device disappeared from system before being prepared for removal", then the disk is gone from my computer and disk management until I reboot.
