Yeh, Ive seen it plenty of times before. Its still strange though, when you look and instead of seeing a scrollbar showing you that your are about 1/1000000th of the way though, you see a nearly empty screen. Why can't all MS EULAs be like this, Im sure they dont need to be as long as they are.

From a legal perspective it directs you to another agreement, which is dozens of pages long... Does anybody remmber the license agreement from Reckless Driving and Burning Rubber (those games for MacOS?). If I remember correctly, the later had a warning about a computer catching on fire.
